When you use Landed we collect the details you give us: your name and email, the requests you post, the messages you exchange, and — for providers — business details such as the company number used for verification. We also keep basic technical information needed to run the site securely.
Przyjaciel conversations
Conversations with Przyjaciel, our on-site assistant, are recorded and reviewed to improve the service and to answer questions more accurately. Please do not enter sensitive personal information in the chat.
Why we keep it
We use your data to run the platform: to publish listings, to pass enquiries between members and providers, to send transactional emails such as receipts and enquiry notifications, and to keep the service safe and free of abuse.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact form and we will respond.
