Provider pricing
Providers pay a one-time registration fee, then credits to open contact.
Joining is free. No subscription, no renewal, and you never pay per message — providers pay to reach you. No subscription, no renewal, and never a charge per message. A provider spends credits to open a conversation; once it is open, replying costs nothing on either side. Credits are always bought separately.
- Members: joining is free — no subscription and no per-message charges.
- Providers: registration is free for the first 5 providers in each category; the one-time 49–499 PLN fee applies only once we switch it on for that category.
- Credits: from 189 PLN for 20 credits, valid 90 days. Replying is always free.
One-time registration fee
The first 5 providers in each category — counted separately for freelancers and companies — register free. The registration fee only starts once we switch it on for that category, and only when it is actually producing enquiries. Credits are bought separately.
This is the cost of using Landed. It publishes your listing and gives you access to the platform. It is not a payment for enquiries, clients or work and does not guarantee you will receive any. Non-refundable. Nothing is included with this fee — credits are bought separately.

Credits
Credits are bought separately, after registration. A credit lets you open contact — it does not buy a reply, a quote or any work.
Credits aren't on sale yet. Everything is free while we onboard providers. When credits go on sale, these are the prices — nothing is charged until you choose to buy.

Direct requests: +20%
When a member asks for you by name, opening contact costs the standard category price plus 20%, rounded up: 5 → 6, 10 → 12, 15 → 18, 20 → 24. You hold that request exclusively for 48 hours — nobody else can see it. After 48 hours it opens to the whole category at the standard price, including for you.
Replying to a member who contacted you first is always free and never uses a credit.
Credits are valid 90 days from purchase. The expiry date is shown on your balance, with warnings 7 days and 2 days before. Spent credits are never refunded, including where the member does not reply.
Membership is free. If we ever introduce a membership fee we will give at least 30 days' notice and it applies only from the date you accept it — see the Terms. Terms
