Joining is free. No subscription, no renewal, and you never pay per message — providers pay to reach you.
Providers see your request, your district and your Landed ID — not your name, phone or email. Up to 3 providers can open contact with you; after that the request is closed. Requests expire after 14 days. Want one provider in particular? Open their profile and choose 'Ask this provider' — your request goes to them first for 48 hours, and only opens to others if they don't reply.
Urgent requests are sent to providers straight away.
